Our new ward puts on a live nativity every year. We moved here just in time to take part and the kids LOVED it! Technically, you were supposed to be 5 to participate, but I helped out in the costume department and he was very insistent, so they let him be in it as well. It was freezing cold! I think it was 8 degrees and well below zero with the wind chill. The kids loved being a part of it and it really gave us a great start to our holidays.
